An employee at one of the region’s most popular designer fashion boutiques, Robinsons of Bawtry near Doncaster is embarking on a new element of her role to drive forward engagement with its customer portfolio. An employee at one of the region’s most popular designer fashion boutiques, Robinsons of Bawtry near Doncaster is embarking on a new element of her role to drive forward engagement with its customer portfolio.

Charlotte Johnson, 25, has  become the boutiques Social Media and Customer Liaison representative and will oversee many critical elements of the customer journey  which sets Robinsons apart from others, as well as continuing to work closely with the customers in the ladies wear department.

Charlotte, who previously worked in a high street fashion retailers for 8 years, joined the Robinsons team last year. In addition to the customer service and social media aspect of the role she will also oversee the new Interest Free Credit packages, exclusive to the boutique. Available on selected purchases customers can spread the cost over 6, 9, 10 or 12 months at no extra cost. Terms and conditions do of course apply and applicants will be subject to a credit check.

“This has been a hugely popular way of helping our customers manage their purchases and there has already been a surge demand as we run up to the festive season,” said Wendy. “And, to help our customers manage their time too we are delighted to reinstate our late night opening each Thursday until 7.30pm.”

Charlotte concluded; “This is a fantastic opportunity and I am enjoying the diversity and challenges that the role brings. With a genuine passion for the brands we supply I am certain that we can take the boutique into the new year with confidence and fantastic customer service for which we are well known.”

Open Monday to Saturday 9.30am – 5.30pm; Sunday 11am – 4pm and late night opening until 7.30 pm every Thursday
