The Team at Bawtry Hall are thrilled and delighted after the venue was named in the top Most Spectacular Yorkshire Wedding Venues by the Yorkshire Post. The article which was published on the 5th October, covers eight of the best wedding venues in Yorkshire, included are also Grantley Hall, The Grand at York and Rise Hall.

The Yorkshire Post approached Bawtry Hall as they were looking for the most exquisite venues – from small, simple, intimate nuptials to huge, opulent statement celebration venues.
Bawtry Hall was built in 1773 as a weekend family home of wool merchant Pemberton Milnes. During WWII it was taken over by the RAF and became known as Bomber Command up to the cold war. Recently taken under private ownership, Bawtry Hall was restored into an exclusive use wedding and event venue in 2017, managed and run by the experienced team at the Crown Hotel Bawtry next door.
The article talks about the beauty of Bawtry Hall, but also their unique selling point of having Bawtry on the doorstep to the venue which makes the hall a fabulous weekend wedding destination. Guests stay next door at sister venue The Crown Hotel and spend money in the Bawtry economy in the restaurants, bars and shops.
